and safe living or working environment. Each system is comprised
of numerous components and there are more brands for each system
than you can shake a stick at. |
| An inspector's
skills, knowledge of various systems and experience are used to
evaluate the safe operational condition of each system and to report
any defects discovered. The mechanical systems encompass the entire
structure and exterior portions and our inspection includes capacity,
distribution, filtration, humidifiers, carbon monoxide detection,
pipes, drains, vents, faucets, water heaters and general safety
devices. |
